Starting HCG Diet again in January!!! Round 2! Ready or Not!

Here's a posting from YourHCG about the Loading Days.. this is the starting.. it sounds weird but you've gotta do it.. i made the mistake not to follow it the first round and I totally regret not doing it.. I really felt the difference!

 when you load you want to concentrate on high fat foods.... Because I can't improve on what Linda has said in the past, I will re-post it here:

"Wake up the first day. Relieve yourself, Strip naked and weight yourself - this is your starting weight. Take your drops. Looking in a mirror drop 6 individual DROPS under your tongue. Hold there a minimum of 15 seconds. You may find your appetite quickly leaves. Don't go by your appetite when loading. Your responsibility is to stay full of the following food for 2 complete days. You will not be hungry and will probably be very uncomfortable. Please do this when you don't have to work as you will feel quite yucky - almost like you are coming down with a flu. This is normal ok. Don't worry. Your body will be detoxing causing a slight headache (take Aspirin for this) and possible nausea and as stated earlier like you are getting the flu.Eat to capacity both days of the following:

Real Butter (not margarine) soaked everything
bacon eggs, sausage
deep fried everything
heavy whipping cream (great in coffee and whipped up on cheesecake and ice cream)
half and half milk
mayonnaise
pizza with extra toppings pepperoni, sausage and cheese
chocolate
ice cream
Fettuccini Alfredo
Cheesecake
Avocados
Peanut butter or any nuts.

Avoid carbs like bread cookies etc they will but off quickly in your system. You want fat not carbs.

When you are thirsty drink milk or heavy cream and don't fill up on water or soda. It is a waste of space in your stomach.

Also, during these two days put as much lotion on as you can. Really drench your body with lotion or oil. This will be your one chance to moisturize your body because protocol will not allow lotions.

On the beginning of the third day switch to the VLCD diet. Each day beginning on the 3rd day drink at least 3/4 of a gallon or 3 liters of water. Lots of coffee and green tea too."

oops!! didn't finish my blog!! NEWS UPDATE!!

It's been a while since I've been on the HCG diet and apparently, I didn't finnish it.. oops! Ok, so my total weight loss that ended on the 1st of Sept. was 17lbs! I was 3 lbs short of my goal of 20lbs but I think that it's not that big of a deal. I'm also starting round 2 January 1st with my 2 load days on Dec. 30 and 31st! 

My goal for this round is 20-25lbs and hopefully get down to my 120lbs. 

Since Sept.1st, I did have a gain of 3lbs and that's mainly because I didn't do the maintenance part correctly. I added sugars and starches when I wasn't supposed to. Also, in Oct through now I've been on a prescription called: CANDY.. I know.. not good.. but 3lbs hasn't killed me.. so I'll just roll it into my next goal weight and hopefully this round I won't have to be going on a million vacations where it'll be too hard for me! I figure.. January is after the holidays and the first of the year so it'll be a little easier! 
Ok.. so this round my sister, Crina said she'll join me.. so this should be fun...and interesting!
She has also challenged me to a Half Marathon in May.. so I just might have to take her up on that.. we'll see!

SO.. I'm still not 30 yet but I will be in March.. so if I could get down to my goal weight of 120 by the time I turn 30.. I'll just be the most happiest person in the world! Oh.. and maybe I will be getting that "present" as well!! lol
