Starting HCG Diet again in January!!! Round 2! Ready or Not!

Here's a posting from YourHCG about the Loading Days.. this is the starting.. it sounds weird but you've gotta do it.. i made the mistake not to follow it the first round and I totally regret not doing it.. I really felt the difference!

 when you load you want to concentrate on high fat foods.... Because I can't improve on what Linda has said in the past, I will re-post it here:

"Wake up the first day. Relieve yourself, Strip naked and weight yourself - this is your starting weight. Take your drops. Looking in a mirror drop 6 individual DROPS under your tongue. Hold there a minimum of 15 seconds. You may find your appetite quickly leaves. Don't go by your appetite when loading. Your responsibility is to stay full of the following food for 2 complete days. You will not be hungry and will probably be very uncomfortable. Please do this when you don't have to work as you will feel quite yucky - almost like you are coming down with a flu. This is normal ok. Don't worry. Your body will be detoxing causing a slight headache (take Aspirin for this) and possible nausea and as stated earlier like you are getting the flu.Eat to capacity both days of the following:

Real Butter (not margarine) soaked everything
bacon eggs, sausage
deep fried everything
heavy whipping cream (great in coffee and whipped up on cheesecake and ice cream)
half and half milk
mayonnaise
pizza with extra toppings pepperoni, sausage and cheese
chocolate
ice cream
Fettuccini Alfredo
Cheesecake
Avocados
Peanut butter or any nuts.

Avoid carbs like bread cookies etc they will but off quickly in your system. You want fat not carbs.

When you are thirsty drink milk or heavy cream and don't fill up on water or soda. It is a waste of space in your stomach.

Also, during these two days put as much lotion on as you can. Really drench your body with lotion or oil. This will be your one chance to moisturize your body because protocol will not allow lotions.

On the beginning of the third day switch to the VLCD diet. Each day beginning on the 3rd day drink at least 3/4 of a gallon or 3 liters of water. Lots of coffee and green tea too."

oops!! didn't finish my blog!! NEWS UPDATE!!

It's been a while since I've been on the HCG diet and apparently, I didn't finnish it.. oops! Ok, so my total weight loss that ended on the 1st of Sept. was 17lbs! I was 3 lbs short of my goal of 20lbs but I think that it's not that big of a deal. I'm also starting round 2 January 1st with my 2 load days on Dec. 30 and 31st! 

My goal for this round is 20-25lbs and hopefully get down to my 120lbs. 

Since Sept.1st, I did have a gain of 3lbs and that's mainly because I didn't do the maintenance part correctly. I added sugars and starches when I wasn't supposed to. Also, in Oct through now I've been on a prescription called: CANDY.. I know.. not good.. but 3lbs hasn't killed me.. so I'll just roll it into my next goal weight and hopefully this round I won't have to be going on a million vacations where it'll be too hard for me! I figure.. January is after the holidays and the first of the year so it'll be a little easier! 
Ok.. so this round my sister, Crina said she'll join me.. so this should be fun...and interesting!
She has also challenged me to a Half Marathon in May.. so I just might have to take her up on that.. we'll see!

SO.. I'm still not 30 yet but I will be in March.. so if I could get down to my goal weight of 120 by the time I turn 30.. I'll just be the most happiest person in the world! Oh.. and maybe I will be getting that "present" as well!! lol

What a Week!! Day 27 HCG Diet/Weigh In

OK, today's my 27th day on the diet, or 25th day on the very low calorie diet. Man, what a month to be on a diet.. not too good.. I had like a million vacations happening and of course my TOM! Of course for all of those I stalled like nothing else... so I'm pretty bummed about that.. I think my next round will be .. oh I dunno.. January?? Where there isn't anything going on! Sheesh.. so I went to a wedding last weekend and the food issue came up again.. I resulted in eating the meal at the wedding which included a delish concoction of chicken, mashers, and veggies. Of course I ate little but I couldn't drink my regular gallon of water because the bathroom wasn't too close. Anyway, so from then I actually gained! I went from 149 to 152! Yikes.. that was so heartbreaking!! I also stalled for 3 days but from yest. to today I lost 3lbs so I'm stoked that happened and I'm back on track! If I could lose like a total of 15 to 20 lbs, I'd be thrilled!! I think I'm gonna extend this diet 15 more days and see what more I can lose!

Day 19th HCG Diet / Weigh In

Today, I lost 1 lb again. totalling up to a 11.4 lbs weight loss! Wish I would've lost more than that but hey, I'll take what I can get! Last night I was looking for a dress to wear for a wedding I'll be going to and normally I don't look in my closet because I typically have to buy a new one to actually fit my weight gain.. but I decided to give it a go. I found this beautiful black spaghetti string dress w/an empire waist and fyi, I haven't worn that in like 5 years before my first child was born! It fit like a glove! I showed my husband and wowie, his eyes popped! He was raving how slim and beautiful I looked! Boy, that sure felt good.. It's amazing how different you look when you lose even 10lbs! I don't know how many inches I lost though, I wish I would've kept track but I kept forgetting to get a tape measure.. oh well.. But I know that I was in a pant size 14 and now I'm comfortably fitting in a 10/11!! So that's def. a few pant sizes less! Ahh, it's a good feeling.. I haven't ever lost more than 5 lbs at a time and that even was by carefully calculating all my food calories and using points on Weight Watchers.. uhgg. too much work! This diet I'm on is really a no brainer.. simple rules, fast results! I just have to really be disciplined and follow the rules TO THE T! Really, or else it won't work and you can actually gain weight if u cheat badly.. Alright, my rambling's done! I'll fill you in tomorrow on the new number!!

Day 18 HGC Diet / Weigh In

For day 18, I weighed in at 151.6! That's another lb lost!! That's a 10.4 lb loss! Yayy, I'm over the 10lb mark! I'll post my dinner pic soon.. lunch, I was at a friends house but ate my sea bass and tomato.. quite yummy! For dinner I ate buffalo chicken nuggets w/celery.. quite tasty!!
