Aug. 3rd (Day 3) Dinner

Chicken Salad w/apple cider vinegar, whole orange

  1. Besides the chicken, the salad wasn't that good.. it just had plain apple cidar vinegar which was tart and tasteless. I actually made another apple cidar vinagrette that's quite tastey! It's 2/3 water, 1/3 apple cider vinegar, salt to taste, pepper to taste, onion salt (a few shakes), garlic powder (about 1/2Tish) or you can put a clove or 2 in a garlic press and add that, I'm sure that'd be even yummier! Oh, also I added just a little less than a packet of Stevia, depending on how sweet u like it. That amt. did it for me, and lemme tell u, it was DELISH! Now, what better way to enjoy some REALLY healthy oil-free vinegrette??
