Day 17 HCG Diet / Weigh In & Pix

Ahhhh.. almost there! From yesterday to today, I've lost 2.2lbs!! I'm at 152.6 lbs!! Woo hoo! Man, almost at the 10lb mark! That's very motivating to say the least!!! Ok, here are the pix from yesterday's lunch and dinner. For lunch I had Mexican Fish Tacos wrapped in lettuce, I sauteed the fish with some salt, pepper and cumin and crumbled it. Oh, and I used Cod as the fish du jour. I also had half of a grapefruit for dessert w/some Stevia sprinkled on it.  For dinner I had chicken and tomatoes. For the chicken I added my own blend of poultry seasoning and added some sea salt and pepper, which came out quite tasty! I skipped out on the fruit for dinner though. After work, which was around 8ish, I got a little hungry and ate 1 melba toast which was pretty satisfying, although I'm sure it would have been even better to add a slice of dill Havarti on it, lol! I can't wait till this Phase 2 of the diet is over and Phase 3 comes and I could eat oils, butter and dairy! I've gotta say that it's tough not to cheat, it seems so simple, so close to hand that if I did it, no one would know.. but I guess that's not the point, I'm doing this for myself and my scale would know! lol So, I resist the temptations and it definitely paid off w/a 2.2 lb loss! Oh, I think I also am losing better because I upped my water intake to 1 gallon + so glad about that! Ok, here are the pictures!

  1. Aww..you poor thing there seems so little fish on the lettuce..keep it up though! That's great almost 10lbs!!
