Lunch: Chilean Sea Bass, Asparagus & half an apple

Here's the first low cal meal! It was actually sooooo soooo soooo delicious! I couldn't believe how delicious it was and how easy it was to prepare it! I think it took me like 5 minutes or less to prepare and another 5 minutes to cook it! SO, the sea bass (which was soo tender and juicy) had some seasonings like, sea salt, white and black pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper on it. I also put the juice of 1/2 a lemon on it too and put it in a bowl with the asparagus, so that had the same seasonings too. Then I put it all in a pan and cooked it w/out any butter or oil and omg, it was more delicious than most of my fish meals that I've ever made!! THe lemon and cayenne totally gave it a delish kick! The asparagus was also very yummy, spicy and tangy which i love! So, all in all I loved my meal and am quite full.. I could barely eat the last apple piece. Oh, and I also had half an apple cut into slices. Ok, so here's the picture of my meal!

  3. it sure was!! yeah, i cooked everything w/out any oil or butter, nothing except it's natural juices and some lemon juice and it didn't stick! All my meals I can't cook w/any oils, butter/fats and so far nothing's stuck, not even chicken. Although I've been doing this all in a pan.. so i guess we'll see what happens on the grill.
